our GSP updates the server and then restarts it. They should have updated it around 12:00 PM EST today

The mumble server has been adjusted to 96 kbps  Ventrilo is set to 44 KHz... not sure what the difference is, but that's as high as they go!

I set Ventrilo to the highest quality codec available. I also put in a ticket to have the Mumble server codec upgraded. I'll set up our GSC channel for highest quality, as well. We can do an equal comparison of all of them, and we'll see what we all like..
